CPA分光计算法测定小儿退热灵片中两组分含量

Determination of acetylsalisylic acid and phenobarbital by CPA spectroscopic computing analysis in effective children's antipyretic tablets

本文采用ＣＰＡ分光计算法对小儿退热灵片中的乙酰水杨酸和苯巴比妥同时测定，不需提取分离，其平均回收率分别为：乙酰水杨酸是１００．３％，ＲＳＤ（％）为０．３；苯巴比妥是１００．２％，ＲＳＤ（％）为０．７（ｎ＝６）。此法简便、快速、准确，且适合对多组分制剂的测定。

Acetylsalisylic acid and phenobarbital were determined simultaneously by CPA spectroscopic computing method without any separation in effective children's antipyretic tablets.The average recoveries for acetylsalisylic acid and phenobarbital were 100.31%±0.23% and 100.02%±0.65% (n=6) respectively.This method was simple,rapid,accurate and suitable for the determination of multicomponent preparation.
