针刺切断脊神经前后根大鼠“内关”对急性心肌缺血心电图的影响

EFFECT OF ACUPUNCTURE AT NEIGUAN POINT ON ECG OF ACUTE MYOCARDIAL ISCHEMIA IN RATS WITH SEVERED SPINAL NERVE ROOTS

目的旨在观察“内关”—心脏短反射联系。方法用静注垂体后叶素造成大鼠实验性急性心肌缺血。以针刺“内关”缓解心肌缺血性心电图为指标，分别观察切断及保留两组大鼠的Ｃ６～Ｔ２脊神经前后根的影响。结果两组大鼠心电图改变和恢复的时间无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论切断Ｃ６～Ｔ２脊神经前后根之后，“内关”与心脏之间仍存在着不依赖于中枢神经系统的短反射通路，该通路可能是经穴—脏腑相关的结构基础之一。

Objective To study the short reflex connection between NEIGUAN point and the heart.Methods Experimental myocardial ischemia was produced by giving pituitrin iv into rats with intact or severed ventral and dorsal spinal nerve roots at the level of C6-T2 on both sides.The effects of acupuncture at NEIGUAN point for relieving the cardiac ischemia as indicated by ECG changes were compared between the 2 sets of animals.Results No significant differences in ischemic features and recovery of ECG were observed between the 2 sets of rats.Conclusion The reflex connection between NEIGUAN point and the heart is independent of the CNS,which supports the possible existance of a short reflex arc,the structural basis of certain MERIDIANS connecting viscera with extremeties.
