动态三维超声心动图左心室容积与心脏标本实测值的相关性研究

CORRELATIVE STUDY OF THE LEFT VENTRICULAR VOLUME MEASURED BY DYNAMIC THREE-DIMENSIONAL ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY WITH ACTUAL MEASUREMENT IN HEART SPECIMENS

目的评价动态三维超声心动图（３－ＤＥ）测定左心室容积（ＬＶＶ）的准确性。方法用３－ＤＥ测定了４１例心脏标本的ＬＶＶ，并与解剖实测值进行比较。结果两种方法之间有良好的相关性（ｒ＝０．９８，ＳＥＥ＝０．７５ｍｌ）。结论３－ＤＥ能准确地反映ＬＶＶ的实际状态，优于二维超声心动图（２－ＤＥ）方法，具有较大的临床应用价值。

Objective To evaluate the accuracy of left ventricular volume (LVV) measured by dynamic threedimensional echocardiography (3-DE).Method In 41 formalin fixed heart specimens,the LVV was measured by 3-DE and then compared with its actual value.Results The correlative coefficient (r) was high between the 2 sets of data (r=0.98,SEE=0.75ml).Conclusion 3-DE can accurately display the real state of LVV,performs better than twodimensional echocardiography,and therefore is of high value to clinical practice.
