摘要
目的:建立测定龙葵中澳洲茄碱含量的HPLC分析方法。方法:采用Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(4.6×150mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-1%磷酸溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长205nm,柱温30℃。结果:澳洲茄碱在0.812-8.120μg范围内与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998;样品的平均加样回收率为100.22%;方法精密度及重现性良好。结论:方法简便、准确,结果稳定、重现性好。
To establish a quantitative method to analysis solasonine in Solanum Nigrum L.. The samples were separated at 30℃ on Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 column ( 4.6×150mm, 5μm ) with acetonitrile-water-1%phosphoric as mobile phase. Flow rate was at 1.0ml/min and the detection wavelength was set at 205nm. The calibration curve was linear over the range from 0.812 to 8.120μg, r=-0.9998 and the average recovery was 100.22%. This method was simple and could be used to determine solasonine in Solanum Nigrum L. with satisfactory accuracy and reproducibility.
