摘要
用火焰原子吸收光度法检测心律失常患者血清和淋巴细胞钙、镁的分布。结果显示:心律失常组淋巴细胞内镁显著低于对照组,钙则高于对照组;心衰Ⅲ度患者血清镁及淋巴细胞内镁较心衰Ⅰ度者降低更为明显;心衰Ⅲ度者较心衰Ⅰ度患者血清钙及淋巴细胞钙明显增高。提示低镁可诱发心律失常,血清及淋巴细胞内钙。
The distributions ofMg^(2+) and Ca^(2+) in serum and lymphocyte from 51 arrhythmic patients (15 cases of atrial premature beat, 12 cases of atrial fibrillation, 24 cases of ventricular premature beat) and 30 healthy subjects were detected by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The results showed that the distribution of Mg^(2+) of the arrhythmia cases was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.01) and the concentration of Ca^(2+) in lymphocytes of arrhythmia case group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). The above distribution of Mg^(2+) and Ca^(2+) was somewhat related to the degree of heart failure. It is suggested that the lower distribution of Mg^(2+) in lymphocytes may cause arrhythmias.
