摘要
观察11例烧伤病人血清免疫抑制作用与氧自由基的关系。结果显示:烧伤病人血清MDA,sIL-2R升高(P<0.01);病人血清能抑制正常人PBMC产生IL-2(P<0.01);抗氧化治疗可降低病人血清sIL-2R水平和血清的抑制作用(P<0.05)。
The serum immunosuppresion effect and its relation to oxygen free radicals were studied in patients with thermal injury (n=11, total body surface area 20%~83%). The serum MDA, sIL2R increased significantly in burned patients (P<0.01 all). The serum of burned patients depressed the IL2 productin of normal human PBMC (P<0.01). Antioxidants decreased the serum sIL2R in burned paients and attenvated the suppressive effect IL2 production of normla human PBMC (P<0.05 all). The results suggest that oxygen free radicals participate in the serum immunosuppresion effect in burned patients.
