文拉法辛与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的对照研究

Comparative study of venlafaxine and paroxetine in the treatment of depression

目的评价文拉法辛与帕罗西汀抑郁症的疗效及安全性。方法将72例抑郁症患者随机分为两组,分别给予文拉法辛和帕罗西汀治疗,疗程8周。用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定临床疗效,副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果文法拉辛显效率为75%,有效率为91.7%,帕罗西汀组为72%,89.9%,两组疗效相仿。在治疗2周末时,文法拉辛组减分多于帕罗西汀,差异有显著性。两组不良反应均轻微。结论文拉法辛和帕罗西汀抑郁疗效肯定,不良反应轻。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and side effects of venlafaxine and paroxetine in the treatment of depression. Methods 72 patients with depression were randomly assigned to venlafaxine group and paroxetine group for 8 weeks treatment emergent symptoms scale （TESS）. Results Total clinical effective rate and response rate in venlafaxine group and paroxetine group were 75% and 91.7% ;72. 2% and 88.9% respectively. No signifcant difference was found in clinical efficacy between two groups. However, the tolal score of HAMD in venlafaxine group was significantly lower than that in paroxetine group after two-week treatment. The side effects of both groups were fewer and lighter. Conclusion Both venlafaxine and paroxetine are effective antidepressants with fewere side effects.
