摘要
目的探讨腓肠神经营养血管蒂逆行岛状皮瓣的临床应用特点。方法在小腿后外侧设计逆行切取带腓肠神经营养血管的筋膜皮瓣,对26例足踝及小腿软组织缺损病例进行逆行转位修复,皮瓣血管蒂长度最长16cm,皮瓣面积最大可达18cm×12cm。结果25例皮瓣完全成活,1例远端皮缘浅表坏死。随访3~24个月,皮瓣质地满意。结论带腓肠神经营养血管蒂逆行岛状皮瓣血供可靠,切取简便,成功率高,可做为足跟、踝、足背中部以近及小腿下段软组织缺损的合适供区。
Objective To explore the sural nerve nutrition vascularized retrograde flap of clinical features. Methods The design of the lateral leg after retrograde cut with sural neurovaseular the flap,26 cases of the ankles and small Tuiruan defect cases a retrograde to repair,flap vascularized the longest length of 16 era, flap area up to 18 cm × 12 cm. Results 25 eases flap survived completely,one case of the distal margin of superficial skin necrosis. Follow-up of 3 - 24 months,the flap satisfied with the texture. Conclusion Sural nerve nutrition vascularized retrograde flap reliable blood supply, the cut is simple, high suceess rate, can be used as a heel, ankle, leg and nearly central dorsal foot of the soft tissue defects under the appropriate for the district.
