In the comprehensive therapy of cancer, biotherapy that is considered as a forth approach of anti-cancer has progressed importantly in recent years. The approach of biotherapy include gene therapy, immunotherapy, anti-angiogenesis therapy, stem cell therapy, and so on. Most of them have had great breakthrough. This review will detail the progress of this therapy.
