摘要
目的:早期胃癌与胃粘膜上皮细胞内β-葡糖醛酸酶(β-G)免疫电镜定位、定量,并进行比较,探索β-G在两者之间的差异。方法:采用低温包埋、紫外线照射、胶体金标记、免疫电镜技术。结果:β-G定位于早期胃癌细胞与胃粘膜上皮细胞中的溶酶体与内质网内,早期胃癌细胞中β-G量多于胃粘膜上皮细胞。结论:结果提示β-G的增多可能与癌细胞旺盛的机能活动和异常的形态结构有关。
Purpose βglucuronidase (βG) was localized and rationed and compared in early phase gastric carcinoma cell and gastric mucosa epithelial cell. The differentiation of βG was explored between above two. Methods Technique of low temperature embedding, ultraviolet rays shining, colloid gold labelling and immuno electron microscope were used. Results βG was localized in lysosome and endoplasmic reticulum, ration of βG was more in early phase gastric carcinoma cell than gastric mucosa epithelial cell. Conclusions This result suggests that the increase of βG might be concerned with the vigorous function and the abnormal morphology structure of the carcinoma cell.
