Standardize the Management of Clinical Medicine Cabinet in Primary Hospital

目的分析基层医院临床小药柜在实际应用中出现的问题及解决对策。方法利用医院信息系统对各科药柜药品使用数据进行统计、分析。结果基层医院临床小药柜管理存在药品使用频率低、药品标志不清等问题,储存条件有待改善。结论应规范和加强基层医院临床小药柜管理,以促进临床用药安全、有效。

Objective To analyze problems occurred in the practical use of clinical medicine cabinet in primary hospital and raise countermeasures. Methods The application data of drugs in clinical medicine cabinet were analyzed with the help of Hospital of Information System （HIS）. Results Low application frequency and unclear medicine sign were the common problems occurred in the practice of clinical medicine cabinet management in primary hospital;furthermore, the storing condition remained to be improved. Conclusion Management of clinical medicine cabinet in primary hospital should be regulated and strengthened to promote safe and effective drug use in the clinic.
