摘要
依据神经系统的电活动原理,使用波谱分析方法,对当今物理治疗学中常用的中频电子医疗设备的各种治疗波形进行理论分析与比较,得出了使用无极性指数脉冲周期性的时间函数波形,作为中频电子医疗设备的医疗波形,可以使肌体所能承受的治疗阈值与治疗中的疼痛阈值有明显的分离作用,即使痛阈低于治疗阈值。目前的中频治疗机的输出治疗波形,几乎均采用了周期性时间函数调幅的各种周期性波形,作为治疗波形;由正弦调制的无极性指数脉冲周期性波形,作为治疗波形的治疗仪。在国内中频治疗机中是较先进的设备。理论与实践证明了经过周期性时间函数调幅的治疗机,不仅较等幅输出波形的治疗机,在克服肌体适应性方面有了很大进步,而且也增强了某些物理因子的治疗作用。如何更有效地克服或消除在治疗过程中肌体的适应性,强化其各种有益物理因子的治疗作用,显然是中频电子治疗设备波形设备的一大课题。
Based on principle of neural activity in electronics, we analyze and compare the waveforms of kinds electronic medical appliance by the way of analysis of waveform and spectrum in theory, we heve a conclusion that organism can endure high cure value of threshold if we chose non- polarity expent pules period waveform as cure waveform. In the present most of midfrequency electronics electronics electronics medical appliance output periodicity amplititude modulation waveform. It is an advanced appliance if mid- frequency electronics medical ap- pliance can output sine nonpolaity exponent pulse period waveform. At fhe ways of adaptability of organism and effect of physical factor, electronics medical appliance with period amplitude modulation is better than one with constant amplitude.
To get over or eliminate adaptalility of organism effecticely and emphasize effects of many physical factors, we do the research of mid - frequency electronics medical appliance.
