CXA-1重组近交系小鼠脾T、B细胞对丝裂原应答能力的观察

The observation of response ability to mitogen of splenic T,B lymphocytes of CXA1 recombination inbred strain mice

目的以Ｔ、Ｂ细胞的增殖效应为评价指标，观察ＣＸＡ－１重组近交系小鼠免疫细胞对丝裂原（ＣｏｎＡ、ＬＰＳ）的应答能力。方法３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ参入法。结果♀ＣＸＡ－１小鼠的免疫细胞活性及其对Ｔ、Ｂ细胞丝裂原的应答效应均显著强于ＢＡＬＢ／Ｃ和Ａ／Ｊ小鼠。结论ＣＸＡ－１小鼠（特别是♀）的免疫细胞活性和对丝裂原反应较ＢＡＬＢ／Ｃ和Ａ／Ｊ小鼠为高，揭示新品系小鼠在免疫学、药理学研究方面有较大的实用价值。

Objective Taking proliferation of splenic T,B lymphocytes as index, the reactivity of the immunologic cells of CXA1 recombination inbred strain mice to mitogen (ConA and LPS) were examined. Method 3HTdR incorporation. Results The immunologic cells activity and response to the T,B lymphocyte mitogen of female CXA1 mice were significantly higher than those of BALB/C and A/J mice. Conclusion The immunologic cells activity and reactivity to mitogen of CXA1 strain mice, especially in female were higher than those of BALB/C and A/J. It shows that this new strain mice have great practical value in the cellular immunological and pharmacological studies.
