摘要
目的以T、B细胞的增殖效应为评价指标,观察CXA-1重组近交系小鼠免疫细胞对丝裂原(ConA、LPS)的应答能力。方法3H-TdR参入法。结果♀CXA-1小鼠的免疫细胞活性及其对T、B细胞丝裂原的应答效应均显著强于BALB/C和A/J小鼠。结论CXA-1小鼠(特别是♀)的免疫细胞活性和对丝裂原反应较BALB/C和A/J小鼠为高,揭示新品系小鼠在免疫学、药理学研究方面有较大的实用价值。
Objective Taking proliferation of splenic T,B lymphocytes as index, the reactivity of the immunologic cells of CXA1 recombination inbred strain mice to mitogen (ConA and LPS) were examined. Method 3HTdR incorporation. Results The immunologic cells activity and response to the T,B lymphocyte mitogen of female CXA1 mice were significantly higher than those of BALB/C and A/J mice. Conclusion The immunologic cells activity and reactivity to mitogen of CXA1 strain mice, especially in female were higher than those of BALB/C and A/J. It shows that this new strain mice have great practical value in the cellular immunological and pharmacological studies.
