摘要
对96例新鲜大肠腺癌组织17p等位基因丢失分析显示,17p等位基因丢失频率与大肠腺癌的部位、Dukes'分期和大肠癌转移相关。Dukes'D期17p等位基因丢失频率(94%)高于Dukes'A、B、C期(58~68%),P<0.01。大肠腺癌伴远处器官转移组17p等位基因丢失(93%)高于非远处器官转移组(65%),P<0.05。左半结肠17p等位基因丢失频率(75%),高于右半结肠(50%),P<0.05。上述结果表明,17p等位基因丢失可能是晚期大肠腺癌的生物学标记,显示大肠腺癌预后不佳。
Ninety-six cases of fresh colorectal adenocarcinoma samples were analysed on their allelic loss of chromosome 17p in this study. The result showed that the allelic loss of chromosome 17p in colorectal cancer was correlated with the location,Dukes' stage and the metastasis of the cancer. Comparing the different varieties of the frequency of allelic deletion on chromo some 17p (FADC17p),we found that Dukes'D stage (94 % )was higher than Dukes' A,B,C stages (58-68 % ) with Fisher's exact test (P<0.01) ;in the colorectal carcinoma with the distant metastasis group,the FADC 17p (93 % ) higher than in that without distant metastasis (65% )with Fisher's exact test, (P<0.05);and in the left-sided colon group,the FADC 17p (75 % )was higher than in the right-sided one(50% )with Fisher's exact test, (P<0. 05). There fore,the FADC17p may be considered a biomarker for the late stage of colorectal carcinoma,and may predict a poor prognosis of the disease.
