摘要
本文运用常规力学分析手段对目前临床常用的四种短节段经椎弓根固定器的设计特点和受力情况进行分析,并结合临床实践进行探讨。Roy-Camile椎弓根钢板固定核心是螺钉与骨组织的接合程度;Dick固定器的固定作用取决于器械上的侧块和螺帽的机械固定效果;RF固定器的成角螺钉是其特色所在,因而成角区的钢体强度是固定成败关键;Margerl固定器有明确支点和力臂,杠杆原理体现得透彻,临床运用重点在支点和加压点的固定。因此,四种经椎弓根固定器各有特点,受力原理、固定特点不尽一致,如能合理选择、准确应用,将有利于提高临床效果。
he design features and load stress of four short-section transpedicular fixation apparatus were analyzed according to conventional mechanics and clinical practice. Roy-Camille device depends upon the connection between the screw and bone.Dick device acts as the mechanical fixation between lateral part and nut's. RF features by angulative screw and Margerl apparatus has a support and strength arm. All of the four fixation apparatuses have their own distiguished charicteristics and the distribution of load stress is different.Therefore, the surgeon should farmilarize the fixation mechanism of these fixation apparatuses before clinical application.
