Monitoring the changes of visual fuction in AMD Patients

摘要 应用黄斑区密集点矩阵视野(densematrixmappinginmacular,DMMM)研究并结合电子计算机眼底图像分析老年黄斑变性(age-relatedmaculardegeneration,AMD)患者视野光敏感度(lightsensitivity,LS)与眼底的改变,以找出眼底病变与DMMM光敏感度改变的规律及其危险因素。用Humphrey-640视野计自行设计DMMM检测AMD干性组51人71眼,湿性组23人27眼。结果:干性组在随访的18个月中有1例(1.43%)发生湿性改变,27眼湿性病例中5眼(18.52%)眼底病变转化为瘢痕,前后两次DMMM光敏感度对照,2例显著性检验差异有显著性,3例显著性检验差异无显著性。结论:DMMM降低是干性AMD的危险因素,并有易于定量的优点。 Purpose:To study and follow up the law of the changes of visual fuction and its dangerous factors in AMD patients the dense matrix mapping in macular was used.Method:The DMMM was designed using Humphrey 640,the study included 71 eyes in dry type AMD,27 eyes in wet type AMD.Results:Among the 71 cases there was l case of dry type AMD who developed into wet type AMD during 18 monthes followed up (1 43%),Comparing the mean light sensitivity of the first time and the second time,it showed that there was high degree statisticlly significant difference,5 cases in 27 cases of wet type AMD whose signs in optic fundus became better (18 52%),there was high degree statisticlly significant difference in 2 cases,3 cases no statisticlly significant difference,Conclusions:The decrease of light sensitivity of DMMM is the dangerous factor in dry type AMD.The method using DMMM to test the visual function in AMD patients is easy to quantitative analysis.It showed that the mean light sensitivity of DMMM would become better when the patient in wet type AMD had been given effective treatment.
