信息产业人力资源作为信息活动的主体,是推动一个国家信息产业发展的根本动力。本文从信息产业人力资源的概念入手,在统计数据的基础上进行对比分析,描述了我国信息产业人力资源的规模、构成、水平及发展状况,提出了开发、管理我国信息产业人力资源的具体建议。

Starting from basic concepts of human resource in II. this paper describes the scale, make - up and standard of development of China's human resource in II on the basis of comparison and comprehensive analysis of statistical graphs and figures. Some proposals for developing and managing China's human resource in II have been put forward.
