摘要
在U-L模型(宇泽-卢卡斯模型)的基础上,构建了改进后的基于内生稳态最优增长分析框架的研发(R&D)部门和人力资本开发部门的生产函数。通过定义Hamilton函数和严格的数学证明得到稳态最优增长率的表达式,由该表达式说明其决策含义并阐明了企业都可以通过自主创新实现内生稳态最优增长,并且应该根据其知识(技术)存量沿着稳态最优增长路径实施自主创新战略。
On the basis of U-L model, production functions of Research and Development (R&D) Sector and Human Capital Development Sector are constructed and improved, which based on the framework of endogenous steady optimal growth. By defined Hamilton function and strict mathematical proof, there is an expression of optimal steady growth, which expresses that enterprises can realize endogenous steady optimal growth through self-oriented independent innovation, and should implement self-oriented independent strategy based on its knowledge (technology) stock along a path of endogenous steady optimal growth.
