摘要
通过对移动床生物膜反应器(MBBR)处理畜禽养殖废水的实验研究,探讨了填料填充比例、水力停留时间、进水浓度等对反应器处理性能和效果的影响,并观察了反应器中的微生物相。结果表明:在填料填充比例为50%(体积比),单级反应器的水力停留时间为10h,CODcr进水浓度为491~1312mg/L的条件下,反应器运行稳定且处理效果好,最终出水CODcr平均为125mg/L,去除率大于90%,出水NH3-N平均为70mg/L,去除率为80%,均达到了《畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准》(GB18596—2001)的要求。
A pilot test of domestic animal breeding wastewater treatment with a moving bed biofilm reactor(MBBR)was carried out to study the effects of filling proportion of carrier and hydraulic retention time (HRT) ,CODcr and NH3-N concentration of influent on the treatment performance and results of the reactor, and the biological phase of biomass in the reactor was observed. The results show that under the conditions that filling proportion of carrier is 50%, HRT in single reactor is 10 h,the inlet CODer concentration ranges 491 - 1 312 mg/L,MBBR operates steadily with good effect,the efluent CODer is 125 mg/L in average,with removal rate more than 90% ,and the efluent NH3-N is 70 mg/L in average, with removal rate 70%, respectively, meeting the standards of 《 Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Livestock and Poultry Breeding》( GB18596-2001 ).
