Women CEOs are still rare. A woman president still hasn＇t happened. Women in leadership have come a long way, but they still have a long way to go. The Center for Women＇s Business Research reports that womenowned businesses are growing faster in numbers, employees, and revenue9 than all other U.S. firms, but Census numbers show women holding just 38% of management positions overall. And there are just 12 women CEOs of Fortune 500 companies.
