摘要
利用流变仪研究了改变SiO2微粉种类(其d50分别为0.202、3.457、5.789μm,w(SiO2)分别为96.70%、93.64%、93.00%)、浆体中SiO2微粉的体积分数(分别为15%、20%、25%、30%)和分散剂(分别为一水柠檬酸和三聚磷酸钠)时SiO2微粉浆体流变性的差异,并定量计算了SiO2微粉浆体相应的流变参数。试验结果发现:在0-300 s^-1的剪切采集区域内,不同条件下测得的流变曲线均符合Bingham流体模型;加入分散剂三聚磷酸钠和一水柠檬酸能明显改善SiO2微粉浆体的流变性,且两者的分散效果有所差异。
The rheological behaviors of silica fume slurries were investigated by changing the variety of silica fume ( d50 =0. 202,3. 457,5. 789 μm, w( SiO2 ) = 96.70% ,93.64% ,93.00%, respectively) ,the volume percent of silica fume in slurry (15% ,20% ,25% and 30%, respectively) and dispersant (monohydrate citric acid and sodium tripolyphosphate), and the relevant rheological parameters were also quantificationally deter- mined. The results showed that in the shear rate from 0 to 300 s^-1,all rheological curves measured under different conditions were coincident with Bingham fluid model; the rheological behaviors of the slurries with sodium tripolyphosphate and monohydrate citric acid could be significantly improved and the dispersion effects of them were different.
