湖南省国际科技论文的文献计量学分析与对策研究

The Bibliometrics Analysises of the International Sci-tech Articles of Hunan Province and the Countermeasure Research

本文根据省科技信息所的检索情况和中国科技信息所提供的我省作者在国际三大检索工具上发表或被收录的论文统计资料，按文献计量学和科学计量学的方法，对我省１９９０年—１９９５年的国际科技论文情况进行统计分析，并提出若干对策与建议。

Abstract Based on the retrieval circumstances of Hunan Sci-tech Information Institute and the statistical data of the articles by Hunan authors entered on three international retrieval devices,in accordance with methods of bibliometrics and scientific metrology,this paper counts and analyses the articles of our province during 1990-1995, and presents some countermeasures and suggestions.
