The Characteristics and Inadequacy of Chinese Library Management Theory and Practice

在对我国图书馆管理学部分专著评述的基础上，得出我国图书馆管理学处于国际领先水平，并在管理学领域占有显著位置的结论；指出我国图书馆管理在理论与实践方面存在的不足。

Abstract On the basis of reviewing some Chinese books of library management, the author holds that library management in China has reached to the international level. Then the inadequacy of Chinese library management theory and practice is pointed out.
