肌皮神经沙漏样狭窄 被引量：6

摘要 自发性周围神经麻痹多数为卡压性损伤，少数为炎性或代谢性病变，上肢较下肢多发。周围神经卡压，常见于骨、腱、肌肉等围成的解剖间隙，或是后天形成的肿物、瘢痕处。临床上，自发性肌皮神经麻痹极为罕见，即使有也几乎均发生在终支，即前臂外侧皮神经穿经肘部深筋膜处，或卡压于喙肱肌深面。
