肩胛体爆裂骨折合并同侧髋臼高位横形骨折及股骨头后脱位一例报告
摘要
肩胛体爆裂骨折处“假性肩胛胸壁分离（false scapulothorac icdissociation）”合并同侧髋臼高位横形骨折及股骨头后脱位非常少见。检索近20年的国内外相关文献，这种同时发生在上下肢带两个解剖部位的“联合损伤”及“骨折脱位”，目前尚未见报道。我院于2007年3月收治1例，术后取得满意疗效。
