内皮细胞相关黏附分子的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 白细胞黏附于血管内皮细胞并渗出内皮细胞层是免疫反应的关键和重要步骤。此过程不仅需要激活白细胞及其膜表面黏附分子,而且需要内皮细胞上相关的黏附分子的调控。目前研究已由研究黏附生理过程转向研究此过程的分子机制。本文主要介绍与此过程相关的内皮细胞黏附分子的基因表达、信号转导通路调控以及对细胞功能的影响等的最新研究进展。
