《中华帝国全志》：欧洲思想家关于中国知识的源泉

1735年，法国出版了一部关于中国的大书，书名很长，英文版译为Description of the Empire of China and Chinese-Tartary,Together with the Kingdoms of Korea and Tibet： Containing the Geography and History （Natural as well as Civil） of Those Countries.一般简称为《中华帝国全志》。编著者名叫杜哈德（Jean—Baptiste Du Halde．1674—1743），是巴黎的耶稣会士。
