Running Mechanism of Industrial Symbiosis Organization and Driving Factors

传统产业组织理论偏重于竞争与垄断问题,忽略了组织与环境的内在联系。产业共生组织将传统的线性生产组织方式转变为网络型的可循环生产组织,是进行产业组织变革、实现可持续发展的重要方向。产业共生网络就是建立以自组织为内在动力、政府规划为协调机制的自组织一规划共生模型,其中,经济因素、政府管制和中间组织是产业组织共生组织形成的主要驱动因素。

Traditional industrial organization theory focuses on researching competition and monopoly, but ignored the interaction of industrial organization and environment. Industrial symbiosis research is the key to innovate industrial organization and realizing sustaining development, turning traditional linear production organization into reeyclable production network. The content of industrial symbiosis is to set up self-organizing-planning model. Self-organizing is inner motivation and government planning as outer co-ordinate mechanism. Economic reasons, government regulation and intermediate organization are three major driving forces.
