河南南阳在西周时为周的封国，周宣王时封其舅申侯于南阳，是为申国。春秋时期楚国势勃兴，兼城灭国，楚文王时灭南阳盆地的申、吕、邓等国，并在南阳设申县辖南阳盆地，春秋晚期南阳盆地尽属楚有。楚人进入南阳以后将融其信仰、礼乐、风俗、审美情趣乃至科学技术为一体的楚文化带至南阳，与南阳当地中原文化相互浸润，

The jade pendants from tombs of the Spring and Autumn period in Nanyan city of Henan province, have definite characters in style, shape and decoration design. The jade pendants has the features both classical Chu culture and central Chinese civilization. The paper introduces several pieces of the most classical jade pendants.
