摘要 消费需求不足是经济增长的桎梏。如何扩大消费需求不足?作者认为,必须在认识和把握消费品变化规律的基础上,寻找新的需求管理方法,在动态上实现需求与供给的总量和结构平衡。我国目前存在着严重的消费需求不足,这已成为我国走向富裕社会的巨大障碍。为此,必须适当扩大农民和城市居民(包括贫困地区人民、城乡生活困难者)的需求能力,为主导消费品生产及为其服务的生产资料生产开辟广阔的市场,以促进经济发展和保证人民生活水平不断提高。 Abstract Economic growth is constrained by insufficient consumers' demand and how to expand consumers' demand? The author considers, based on the cognition and getting command of changing rules of consumer goods, new managerial method of consumption should be found to realize the balance between aggregate demand and supply and the structure of consumer goods. Great insufficience of consumer demand becomes serious obstacle for China to step into affluent society. It is necessary to properly elevate the demand ability of farmers and urban dwellers, especially the poorers, thus to expand broader market for the productio of leading consumer goods and the means of production serving them in order to promote economic development and gurrantee the continuous elevation of people's living standard.
