摘要
以刚性管理为基本内容的泰罗制,促成了由传统的经验管理向科学管理的转化,开创了科学管理的新纪元。但刚性管理强调“以规章制度为本”,是一种机械的、非人性化的管理,其结果是不能充分发挥人的能动性和创造性,有悖于“提高生产和工作效率”这一初衷。有鉴于此,本文提出了“以人为本”的柔性管理这一命题,并对柔性管理的本质、产生与发展的客观环境,在企业管理中的具体表现以及柔性管理的思想文化渊源等方面作了全面。
Abstract Taylor system with hard management as its basic contents has promoted the transition from experience management to scientific management, the founding of a new epoch of scientific management. However hard management sticks to “working rules and regulations” and stereotyped in want of humanity and incentiveness to human creativeness and contradictory “to promote production and efficiency”. So this paper proposes that in soft management “man is the principal” and further explores its essence, environoment of birth, development, origin of cultural ideas, etc.
