行政经费合理增长问题研究

Studying Rational Growth of Administrative Expenditures

对行政经费支出既要控制，又要保证，二者不可偏废。当前，在理论上和实际工作中迫切需要研究解决的问题是如何把握好行政经费支出控制的“度”，寻求二者的最佳结合点，确定行政经费支出的合理数量和增长幅度。为此，本文在对影响行政经费支出各有关因素进行分析的基础上，运用数学方法，通过构建行政经费合理增长预测模型，对上述问题进行了探讨。

Abstract By the topic groupBoth control and guarantee are needed for the financing of administrative expenditures. The most imperative problem to be sovled is the degree of controlling administrative expenditures and to make botn ends met in order to determine the rational amount of administrative expenditures and their growing rates. Based on the analysis of factors affecting administrative expenditures this paper discusses the above problems while projecting the rational growing rates of administrative expenditures.
