丁草胺微乳液的研究

摘要 [目的]研制丁草胺微乳液以用于开发农药新剂型。[方法]采用AT法绘制拟三元相图,确定丁草胺微乳液的配方。通过电导率测定,明确了丁草胺/乳化剂/水三元体系中乳液区的W/O、O/W类型,并探讨微乳剂配制过程中的相行为变化。[结果]丁草胺微乳液的稀释稳定性、冷冻稳定性、热贮稳定性、经时稳定性、密度和黏度均符合要求,表明所研制的丁草胺质量完全合格,密度随温度升高线性减少,黏度随温度变化情况符合Andrade方程。[结论]该研究结果将有助于将丁草胺微乳液应用于农药剂型的研发。 [ Objective] The properties of butachlor microemulsion were studied for developing a new formulation of new pesticides. [ Method ] AT method was used to draw pseudo-ternary phase diagram to confirm the formulation of butaehlor microemulsion.Through the determination of electrical conductivity, the W/O and O/W type in nficroemulsion region of butaehlor/ emulsifier/ water system were corfumed and the change of phase behavior during preparation process was discussed. [ Result]The dilution stability, low temperature stability, heat stability, ageing stability, density and viscosity of butachlor mieroemulsion met the requirement of the experiment, which demonstrated the qualified quality of butachlor. The density showed decreases linearly with the increase of temperature and the change of viscosity with temperature change accorded with Andrade equation. [Conclusion] The research was helpful to the application of butachlor microemulsion in pesticide formulation.
