摘要
[目的]研究互叶白千层对冷害的抗性机理。[方法]以互叶白千层为试材,取中部叶片,测定冷害前后互叶白千层的电导率、过氧化物酶和硝酸还原酶活性以及丙二醛含量。[结果]互叶白千层具有较强的抵抗低温的能力。低温处理后,不同月份互叶白千层的电导率表现出明显的变化。12月份和4月份的冷害对互叶白千层的伤害最大,3月份最小,1月份和2月份相差不大。互叶白千层的POD活性呈现逐渐降低的趋势,12月份最高,3月份最低。3月份丙二醛含量最高,12、4月份较高,1月份最低。121、月份互叶白千层的NR活性最高,3月份最低,4月份有所回升,但幅度不大。[结论]互叶白千层具有较强的抵御长时间低温冷害的能力。
[Objective] The study was to research the resistance mechanism of Melaleuca leucodendron to cold damage. [Method] With M.leucadendron as the tested material, its middle leaves were taken to detect the conductivity, the activities of POD and NR and content of MDA of M. leucadendron pre and post of cold damage. [Result] M. leucadendron had a strong resistance to low temperature.Mter treatment at low temperature,the conductivity of M. leucadendron in different months showed an obvious change. The damage of cold damage in December and April on M. leacadendron was the biggest and that in March was the least,and that in January and February had little difference.The POD activity of M. leucadendron showed a trend of gradually decreasing,and the POD activity in December was the highest and that in Marcia was the lowest. The MDA content in M. leucadendron was the highest in March,and that was higher in December and April and that was the lowest in January.The NR activity of M. leacadendron was the highest in December and January, and that was the lowest in March and had a little upttma in April. [ Conclusion] M. leucadendron had stronger resistance to low temperature damage with long time.
