超声波与赤霉素处理对大黄种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响 被引量:6

摘要 [目的]研究在目光温室栽培条件下,超声波和赤霉素对唐古特大黄种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。[方法]采用超声波和赤霉素处理唐古特大黄种子,每日观察种子的萌发生长情况,在种子发芽后测定发芽率、平均根长、幼苗鲜重、根系鲜重、叶片面积,计算种子简化活力指数(G·S)。[结果]结果表明:大黄种子经超声波和赤霉素处理后,幼苗性状均有明显改善,幼苗的平均根长、鲜重、叶片面积增幅显著。优化综合农艺措施为:超声作用时间27.5~43.8min,赤霉素浓度40.8~58.1mg/kg。[结论]采用超声波和赤霉素处理唐古特大黄种子,对种子的萌发和幼苗生长都有一定的促进作用。 [ Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of ultrasonic waves and gibberellin on the seedlings of Rheum tartgtaicum Maxim growed in greenhouse. [ Method] R. tanguticum Maxim seeds were treated with ultrasonic waves and gibberellin. And the germination and growth of R. tanguticum Maxim was observed everyday. After the germination of R. tanguticum Maxim seeds, germination rate, average root length, seedling fresh weight, fresh root weight,leaf area were measured and simplified vigor index was calculated. [ Result] The results showed that,ultrasonic waves and gibberellin treatment on R. tanguticum Maxim could improve the characters of seedling, and average root length, fresh weight, leaf area increased obviously . The optimal combination of agronomic measures was: the treatment time of ultrasonic waves 27.5 - 43.8min and gibberellin concentration 40.8 - 58.1 mg/kg. [ Conclusion] Treated with ultrasonic waves and gibberellin was good for the seed germination and the seedlings growth of R. tartguticum Maxim.
