摘要 [目的]测定苦瓜中微量元素含量,为今后苦瓜的科学食用、药用、综合利用提供试验和理论依据。[方法]HNO3+H2O2对苦瓜进行湿法消解,采用空气一乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法对苦瓜中的Ca、Cu、Mn、Fe、Zn、Mg6种微量元素进行含量测定。[结果]苦瓜中Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Mg、Ca含量分别为68.434、8.904、56.746、19.382、2114.288、5763.318μg/g,相对标准偏差为1.7%~5.4%,回收率为99.74%~100.14%。[结论]苦瓜中含有大量人体所必需的Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Mg、Ca微量元素。该试验方法经济、简便、快速、准确、可靠。 [Objective] The research aimed to determine the content of trace elements in balsam pear and provide the experimental and theoretical basis for the scientific edible, pharmaceutical and comprehensive utilization of balsam pear in future. [ Method] Balsam pears were treated by wet decomposition with HNO3 + H2O2. The content of 6 kinds of trace elements including Ca, Cu, Mn, Fe,Zn and Mg hi balsam pear were determined by air-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry. [Result] The content of Fe,Cu,Zn, Mn,Mg and Ca in balsam pear were 68.434,8.904,56.746, 19.382,2 114.288, 5 763.318μg respectively.The relative standard deviation was from 1.7% to 5.4% and the recovery was from 99.74% to 100.14%. EConclusion] Balsam pear contained abundant trace elements of Fe, Cu, Zm, Mn, Mg and Ca indispensable to human body. This determination method was economical, simple, quick, accurate and reliable.
