ABT1号处理对聊红槐硬枝扦插繁育的影响研究

Study on Hardwood-cutting Rooting of Sophora japonica'Liaohong'

[目的]进行聊红槐硬枝扦插繁殖试验。[方法]在大田环境下,聊红槐硬枝扦插试验的扦插基质为细河沙,药剂为ABT1号生根粉,清水处理为对照。[结果]结果表明:聊红槐硬枝扦插生根的类型为愈伤组织生根型,ABT1号的最佳浓度为100 mg/L,其生根率、根系效果指数分别为79%、1.25,分别比对照提高了108%和346%(P<0.01)。[结论]试验结果对聊红槐的快繁具有重要的生产实践意义。

[ Objective] The research aimed to carry out the experiment of Sophora japonica ‘Liaohong’ propagation with hard branch cutting. [ Methed] S. japonica ‘Liaohong’ cuttings were put in the metia of sand and treated by root powder ABT No. l, cleanwater treatment as control. [ Result] The results showed that the rooting type of S.japonica ＇Liaohong＇ was callus-generated. 3he rooting rate and root effective indices were 79% and 1.25 with 100 mg/L ABT No.1 which was the best treatment of all,increased by 108% and 346% respectively in contrast with the control. [ Conclusion] This research processed iraportant practical significance to the propagation of S. japonica‘ Liaohong’.
