摘要
[目的]通过探测轮虫对2种微藻(小球藻和转基因金属硫蛋白聚球藻)的摄食情况,研究轮虫对不同微藻的摄食量,确定轮虫在生长繁殖的过程中每天摄食单细胞藻的量,并比较了2种细胞大小相差悬殊的微藻对轮虫的投喂效果。[方法]分别置于不同培养条件(自然、黑暗)下,利用不同的微藻作壶状臂尾轮虫(Brachionus urceus)的饵料,每天计数轮虫密度,并用分光光度计测微藻的OD值。[结果]结果表明,轮虫每天摄食量与饵料的密度密切相关,密度越高摄食量越大,而且小球藻的饵料效果好于转金属硫蛋白聚球藻。[结论]为有效地促进轮虫养殖业的发展奠定了基础。
[ Objective] The research aimed to compare the effects of the difference microalgaes cells as the food of Rotifer( Brachionus urceus ), and the consumption of microalgaes were calculated in order to ascertain feeding volume every day. [ Method] Rotifers were fed with different algaes( Chlorella vulgaris, transgenic metallothionein Synechococcus sp. ), cultivated under 2 kinds of conditions (natural light, dark), and to take count of rotifers every day. [Result] The results showed that the rotifers daily food consumption were closely related to the microalgae density,the more density the more cansumed, and Chlorella was better than transgenic metallothionein Synechococcus sp. for feeding rotifers. [ Conclusion] The study provided the basis for promoting the development of rotifer breeding industry.
