摘要
[目的]为培育出高油、高产、适合北方栽培的优良紫苏品种奠定基础。[方法]以紫苏品种白苏、灰苏、紫苏为试材,以选育紫苏为对照,测定不同品种的出油率、产量、千粒重、生育期和发芽率。[结果]各紫苏品种的性状稳定,籽粒颜色均匀一致。不同紫苏品种的生育期表现为紫苏>选育紫苏>灰苏>白苏,发芽率表现为白苏=灰苏>选育紫苏>紫苏,种子的千粒重表现为灰苏>白苏>选育紫苏>紫苏,紫苏籽的平均产量表现为选育紫苏>白苏>紫苏>灰苏,紫苏籽的出油率表现为选育紫苏>紫苏>白苏>灰苏。[结论]选育紫苏的产量和出油率均高于其他紫苏品种。
[ Objective] The study was to lay a basis for breeding fine perilla variety with high oil and high yield, which was suitable for cultivation in north area. [Method] With perilta varieties of white perilla,grey perilla and purple perilla as tested materials and the selected purple pefilla as CK, the yield, 1 000-seed weight,growth peried,oil yielding rate and germination rate of different perilla varieties were detected. [Result] The eharaeters of all perilla varieties were stable and the color of their seed was uniform. The growth period of different perilla varieties in order was purple perilla 〉 selected purple perilla 〉 grey perilla 〉 white perilla. And their germination rate in order was grey perilla = white perilla 〉 selected purple perilla 〉 purple perilla, their 1 000-secd weight of seed in order was grey perilla 〉 white pefilla 〉 selected purple perilla 〉 purple perilla, their average yield of perilla seed in order was selected purple perilla 〉 white perilla 〉 purple perilla 〉 grey perilla, their oil yielding rate of perilla seed in order was selected purple perilla 〉 purple perilla 〉 white perilla 〉 grey perilla. [Conelusion] The yield and oil yielding rate of selected purple perilla were all higher than that of other perilla varieties.
