摘要
[目的]为蜜环菌与猪苓的伴栽搭配选择提供依据。[方法]观察同一种猪苓菌丝受不同来源蜜环菌发酵液处理后的生长状况。[结果]不同来源蜜环菌发酵液处理的猪苓菌丝生长情况明显不同,方差分析结果表明猪苓菌丝生长速率间存在极显著性差异(P<0.01)。[结论]不同来源蜜环菌发酵液对猪苓菌丝生长的影响有差异,生产实践中应予以重视。
[Objeetivel The research aimed to provide the basis for the eolloeation selection of Armillaria mellea and Grifola unbellata. [Method] The growth siluations of the same kind of G. unbellata hypha after being treated with different sources of A. mellea fermentation liquid were observed. [ Result] G. umbellata hypha had obviously different growth situations after being treated with different sources of A. mellea femlentation liquid. Tbe variance analysis results sbowed the growth rate of G. wnbellata hypha had extremely significant differenee ( P 〈 0.01 ). [ Conelusion] There were differences among the iafluenees of different sourees of A. mellea fermentation liquid on the growth of G. urnbellata hypha. And that should be paid attention to in the praduetion practice.
