摘要
光肩星天牛(Anoplophora glabripennis Motshulsky)对寄主植物的趋性研究已成为对其进行生态防治的主要研究方向。不同树种对光肩星天牛的抗性强弱不同。除了利用自身抗性排斥天牛外,受到光肩星天牛咬食后,寄主植物会释放多种化学物质进行自我保护。光肩星天牛利用植物挥发物对寄主植物进行选择和判断,这种嗅觉识别和定位的神经生物学机制值得深入研究。
The study on preference of Anoplophora glabripennis Motshulsky to host plants has been a primary direction in ecological control research. Different tree species have different resistance intensity to A. glabripennis Motshulsky, Besides trees own resistauce characteristics, host plants release many kinds of chemical substances to protect themselves after feeding-damaged by A. glabripennis Motshulsky. A. glabripermis Motshulsky can chouse and idelltify host trees by plants volatile compounds. The neurobiology mechanism of olfaction recognition and orientation in A. glabripennis Motshulsky needs to been studied in-depth.
