This is the best time ever for the Sun Company in the past 6 years.Sun has been very proud of its success after making profit in five consecutive quarters.In the second quarter of 2008,Sun demonstrated stable growth momentum again.The company net profit in the second quarter is USD260 million while the gross profit reached 48.5% of the operating income, quarter-on-quarter growth increasing by 3.5%.Compared with the 2008 first financial quarter,the order number for Sun Company increased by 22.8%.In respect of the most important system and hardware products,sales volume for server based on ULtraSPARC T2 processor has reached USD285 million in the second quarter, year-on-year growth for the emerging market almost hitting 100%. The result looks pretty good.Sun has obviously found the right track by inheriting Schwartz's modest,friendly,and open characters.
