中国企业收购西方企业的步伐正在加速。根据“清科信息咨询”统计，2007年在中国发生跨国并购事件84起——其中，中国公司并购海外公司37起，较2006年的17起，增幅达117．6％；并购金额方面，共63起披露价格，约186．69亿美元，较上年的90．89亿美元增加105．4％。
In the summer of 2007, Peter Loescher acted as CEO of Siemens, the magnate company among German engineering and medicine health care industries. Whatever condition it is, leading a magnate company with over 160 years’ history is an extremely diffi cult mission. In addition, all former CEO of Siemens are either from Siemens or owns German nationality, but Loescher is an exception. Company ethic is the starting point of rejuvenating Siemens, Loescher is devoted to reforming whole company organization culture and behavior standard. Meanwhile, he made complete innovation in organization management system though simplifying class management structure.
