The Relationship between Industrial Structure and Core Competitiveness of Listed Companies:Example from Jiangxi Province

以江西省上市公司为例,研究上市公司的可持续发展问题表明,实现中部地区崛起关键之一就要充分利用资本市场,调整上市公司的产业结构和行业分布,加快上市公司资产重组,防止不正当关联交易,形成激励、约束机制,提高核心竞争力。

Taking the listed company in Jiangxi province, this article researches the sustainable development of listed company. It shows that the key of realizing the rising of Central Areas in China is to take full use of capital market, adjust industrial structure and distribution of listed company, accelerate the reorganization of its assets, prevent irregular correlative transaction, forme incentive and restricting mechanism, improve core competitiveness.
