Four Questions to the China Management

中国有没有自己的管理学家？ 很遗憾,中国有众多的“伪管理大师”,但尚没有一个能得到全国公认的管理学家,更别提全球公认了。在中国企业30年的伟大成就面前,中国的管理理论依然跟不上企业发展的脚步。

If we scan widely about the global commercial stage, we have to regretfully admit that none of Chinese companies has really stepped into world extraordinary class and become the lightspot of the stage, and none of Chinese enterpreneurs climbed on the top of worldwide commercial leaders with leading the global treasure direction. On the surface, the discrepancy between the world excellent enterprises and enterpreneurs and ours only lies in management level, strategy plan, organization form, market sale, brand management etc., but the difference in essense is the relative lagging behind in commercial culture, and humanbeings mind is still influenced by the long-term small agricultural economical state.
