摘要
全集成的OPTO22可编程监控系统(PLC)是数据采集存储、通讯和运行控制一体化的全过程控制系统。它的易扩展性、灵活性和开放性使之能广泛地应用于水处理行业。文章介绍了该监控系统在中心监控站管理层、车间子站控制层和现场层三层结构的水处理控制中的应用,最终使水处理系统达到较为理想的运行管理状态。
The fully integrated OPTO22 PLC is a whole process control system integrated by data collection and store, communications and operation control, which is widely used in water treatment industry for its good expandability, flexibility and openness. This paper introduced the application of this monitoring system in water treatment control of three - layer structure as central monitor station management layer, workshop substation control layer and site layer. With this monitoring system, the water treatment system is kept in ideal situation of operation and management.
