环戊烯水合制环戊醇的模拟及优化

Simulation and Optimization for Production of Cyclopentyl Alcohol through Cyclopentene Hydration

摘要 运用ASPEN PLUS化工过程模拟软件对由环戊烯制备环戊醇的间接水合工艺中的分离提纯部分进行了模拟计算和参数优化,模拟结果显示:汽提塔的理论板数为10,采用0.35MPa的低压蒸汽,流量为10kg/h;环戊醇精制塔的理论板数为10,进料位置为第7块理论板处,合适的回流比为0.6~0.8。 Analog calculation and parameter optimization were made on the separation and purification part in indirect hydration process of production of cyclopentyl alcohol from cyclopentene with ASPEN PLUS chemical process simulation software, and the simulation result showed that the theoretical plate number in stripping tower was 10, flow rate was 10 kg/h with 0.35MPa low pressure steam, the theoretical plate number of cyclopentyl alcohol treating tower was 10, the feeding place was at the seventh theoretical plate, and the appropriate reflux ratio was 0.6 - 0.8.
