中华雪胆中的三萜皂苷类化学成分研究

Studies on the Chemical Constituents of Triterpenoid Saponins in Hemsleya chensnsis Cogn.

目的研究中华雪胆的三萜皂苷类化学成分。方法应用色谱技术进行分离和纯化,采用UV、IR、MS、NMR等波谱技术鉴定结构。结果从中华雪胆的正丁醇部位分到6个三萜皂苷类化合物,分别为齐墩果酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅰ),3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸-齐墩果酸-28-O-α-L-阿拉伯糖苷(Ⅱ),3-O-(6′-丁酯)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸-齐墩果酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅲ),3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸-齐墩果酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅳ),3-O-(6′-甲酯)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸-齐墩果酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅴ),3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸-齐墩果酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃甘露糖苷(Ⅵ)。结论齐墩果烷型三萜皂苷是中华雪胆的主要化学成分类别之一,这些化合物均是首次从中华雪胆中分离得到。

OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of triterpenoid saponins in H. chensnsis Cogn. METHODS Various chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify the constituents. The spectral data（MS,NMR） were obtained for structure elucidation. RESULTS Six known triterpenoid saponins were isolated from the root of H. chensnsis Cogno Their structures were elucidated as oleanolic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside （Ⅰ ）, 3-O-β-D-glucur opyranosyl-oleanolic acid -28-O-α-L-arabinopyranoside （ Ⅱ ）, 3-0-（ 6′-butyl ester ）-β-D- glucur opyranosyl-oleanolic acid -28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside （ Ⅲ ） , 3-O-β-D-glucuropyranosyl- oleanolic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside （ Ⅳ ）, 3-O （ 6′-methyl ester ） -β-D-glucuropyranosyl -oleanolic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside （ Ⅴ ） ,3-O-β-D-glucuropyranosyl-oleanolic acid -28-O-β-D- mannupyranoside（ Ⅵ ）. CONCLUSION Oleanolic acid is the main part of the chemical constituents of H. chensnsis Cogn.. These compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
