摘要
综述了高性能硅丙乳液的制备路线、制备技术及组成特征,重点分析了微乳液聚合、无皂乳液聚合、纳米技术等在高性能硅丙乳液制备中的应用,探讨了制备硅丙乳液的新型单体的研究进展,展望了高性能硅丙乳液的制备方向。
The preparation methods and technologies, as well as characteristics of silicone-acrylic emulsion with high performance for exterior wall were reviewed. The applications of micro-emulsion polymerization, emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization and nanotechnology in the synthesis of Silicone-acrylic emulsion were discussed emphatically. Moreover, progresses of the new monomers for the preparation of Silicone-acrylic emulsion were introduced and the development of preparation of silicone-acrylic emulsion with high performance for exterior walls was prospected.
