摘要
研究了以纳米ZnO为载体的银系无机抗菌材料的制备工艺及其抗菌性能。实验结果表明,Ag的掺杂有效地提高了样品的抗菌性能,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希氏菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)均为75mg.L-1。采用XRD和XPS等测试技术对样品进行表征。为了克服由于Ag存在产生的变色问题,采用在复合试样表面包覆一层月桂酸钠来进行表面改性并测量色差和亲油化度。改性后的粉体色差为0.88,亲油化度为54.5%。
Using nanometer ZnO as carrier, the preparation process and activities of silver antimicrobial have been stuied. Results showed that silver doping improved the antibacterial activities of sample significantly. For staphyiococcus aureus and escherichia coli,the MIC were both 75mg.L^-1. The samples were characterized by XRD and XPS. To over- come color degradation because of the presence of silver, the surface of compound samples were covered a bit of sodium laurate to modify surface activities. The chromatism and lipophilic degree had also been examined. The chromatism and lipophilic degree of modified powder were 0.88 and 54. 4% respectively.
